Cancellation Policy
Orders can be reviewed for cancellation before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
This policy explains how AMINOLOGIC reviews cancellation requests, when an order can no longer be canceled, and how approved cancellation refunds are handled.
Cancellation requests
01To request cancellation, email support@aminologic.com as soon as possible with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Cancellation requests can be reviewed only before an order enters fulfillment. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation, because orders may move into packing and shipping quickly.
Please include:
- Order number
- Customer name and checkout email
- Reason for cancellation
- Any relevant shipping or fulfillment details
Fulfillment cutoff
02Orders cannot usually be canceled once they have been packed, fulfilled, assigned tracking, transferred to a carrier, or otherwise prepared for shipment.
If an order has already moved beyond the cancellation window, the order will continue through fulfillment and any post-delivery issue will be reviewed under our Refund & Return Policy.
Approved cancellation refunds
03If a cancellation is approved before fulfillment, AMINOLOGIC will void or refund the order through the original payment method when possible.
Refund posting times depend on the payment provider, card issuer, and banking network. AMINOLOGIC does not control the exact timing of funds appearing on a customer statement.
Unavailable or delayed orders
04If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled within the stated processing window, AMINOLOGIC may contact the customer with updated timing, substitution options where appropriate, or a cancellation/refund option.
AMINOLOGIC may also cancel or refuse an order before fulfillment for inventory, payment, address, fraud, compliance, or operational reasons.
No subscriptions or recurring billing
05AMINOLOGIC does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or automatic renewals.
If subscription products are introduced in the future, the billing frequency, amount, renewal terms, and cancellation process will be disclosed before checkout and before any recurring charge is authorized.
