If your product arrives damaged, AMINOLOGIC will send a one-time replacement once the claim is verified. Claims require photo evidence and are reviewed for eligibility. One replacement is available per customer per order. Replacement requests may be declined if documentation is incomplete, the issue cannot be verified, or unusual claim activity is identified. AMINOLOGIC reserves the right to deny replacement requests at its sole discretion.

Email support@aminologic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our support team will review the claim.
