Shipping
02Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days. Standard delivery commonly arrives within 3-5 business days after fulfillment, and faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Every order includes free shipment protection.
AMINOLOGIC currently focuses on shipping within the United States. International availability may be added later as shipping and compliance coverage expands.
Research products are packed to reduce transit damage, with cushioning and handling consideration based on product type. Temperature-sensitive materials are handled according to the storage guidance shown on the product page.

Shelf life depends on the compound, storage state, and storage conditions. Lyophilized peptides can remain stable for extended periods when stored properly, and lot-specific guidance should be reviewed on the product page or batch documentation.
Amino H2O is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It is offered as a laboratory research supply and should be handled only in appropriate research settings.

04Yes. AMINOLOGIC publishes third-party testing information for qualifying batches, including methods such as HPLC for purity and Mass Spectrometry for identity confirmation.

Returns & Support
05Every order includes damage protection. If a product arrives damaged in transit, contact support with photos for review. Eligible verified transit-damage claims may receive a one-time replacement. Reconstituted products, misuse, change of mind, and undocumented claims are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
